Welcome to Send A Parcel. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
/01 — Introduction
Send A Parcel is a logistics platform and system provider, facilitating shipment booking, order management, and related services. The platform is operated by MY Speed Logistics (Registration No. 202503196699).
/02 — Services Provided
We provide the following services:
- Courier booking and shipment processing
- Shipping management system
- Stock (SKU) management
- Packing list generation
- Integration with third-party courier services
We are not a courier company and do not perform delivery services.
/03 — User Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete information
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information
/04 — Prepaid Balance & Top-Up
- All services operate on a prepaid (top-up) basis
- Users must maintain sufficient balance before placing orders
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct all applicable charges from user balance
- Suspend accounts with insufficient balance
- Restrict service usage until outstanding amounts are settled
/05 — Shipping Charges & Weight Adjustment
- Users must declare accurate parcel weight and dimensions
- Final charges are subject to the courier’s actual or volumetric weight
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust shipping charges based on courier feedback
- Deduct additional charges from user balance
If balance is insufficient:
- The account will be automatically suspended
- Further usage will not be allowed until payment is made
/06 — Prohibited & Restricted Items
Users are strictly prohibited from shipping:
- Illegal items
- Dangerous goods
- Hazardous or toxic materials
- Explosives or flammable items
- Any items restricted under Malaysian law
If such items are shipped:
- The account will be immediately suspended
- Users shall bear all legal liabilities, fines, and damages
- Send A Parcel shall not be held responsible under any circumstances
/07 — Third-Party Courier Services
We integrate with third-party courier providers including but not limited to Ninja Van, J&T Express, Poslaju, and DHL eCommerce.
Users acknowledge that:
- Delivery is handled solely by the courier
- The courier’s own terms & conditions apply
- We are not responsible for courier performance
/08 — Liability Limitation
Send A Parcel acts solely as a platform provider. We shall not be liable for:
- Delivery delays
- Parcel loss or damage
- Failed deliveries
- Courier operational issues
All delivery-related liabilities rest with the respective courier provider.
/09 — Compensation & Claims Policy
9.1 Compensation
- Compensation is subject to the respective courier provider’s policy
- (e.g. up to RM200 depending on courier)
We are not liable for compensation beyond what is provided by the courier.
9.2 Claim Submission
All claims for:
- Damaged parcels
- Missing items
- Tampered or repacked parcels
must be reported within 7 days from:
- Date of delivery, or
- Date parcel is returned to sender
9.3 Claim Method
Claims must be submitted via:

Users must provide:
- Photos of parcel condition
- Photos of packaging
- Order and tracking details
9.5 Late Claims
Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted or processed.
/10 — Packaging Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring proper packaging. We shall not be liable for:
- Damage due to insufficient packaging
- Leakage, breakage, or mishandling caused by poor packing
/11 — Missing Items Disclaimer
We are not responsible for missing items inside parcels unless clear and verifiable evidence is provided. Courier services handle parcels externally and are not responsible for internal contents.
/12 — API Integration (User-Owned Courier Accounts)
For users integrating their own courier accounts via API:
- Send A Parcel provides system usage only
- Including stock management, packing list, and order processing
We do NOT:
- Handle courier billing
- Collect shipping charges
All shipping charges are:
- Directly between user and the courier
We are not liable for:
- Billing disputes
- Courier charges
- Account-related issues
/13 — System Usage Disclaimer
While we provide system tools:
- Users are responsible for verifying all order details
- We are not liable for incorrect orders, wrong SKU selection, or packing errors
/14 — Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:
- Outstanding payments
- Misuse of system
- False information
- Violation of prohibited items policy
/15 — Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold Send A Parcel harmless against:
- Claims
- Damages
- Losses
- Legal actions
arising from misuse of the platform.
/16 — Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
